How to Install Univision NOW on Roku

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.

  2. Select Streaming Channels > Search Channels.

  3. Type Univision NOW, select it, and choose Add Channel.

 

If you experience any issues with the Univision NOW app, please follow these steps:

 

1. Log out and log back in on your UNOW account or app to refresh your session.

  • Select "Menu"
  • Select "Sign Out"

 

2. Update Your App

  • Locate the App: Navigate to the app you want to update on your Roku TV's home screen.
  • Press the Star Button: Press the star button (asterisk) on your Roku remote.
  • Select "Check for Updates": Choose the "Check for updates" option from the menu that appears.
  • Roku will then check for any available updates for that app. If an update is available, the Roku device will download and install it automatically.

 

3. Refresh Your Internet Connection

  • Restart your modem and router by unplugging them from power for about 30 seconds, then plugging them back in.

  • Once your internet connection is stable, try reopening the Univision NOW app.

 

4. Test on Another Device

  • Try accessing Univision NOW on a different device (such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer) using the same internet connection to determine if the issue is specific to Roku.
