Check your internet connection
Test your internet to ensure that it meets our recommendations. If your connection is slow or unstable, try following these steps for managing your internet connection speeds. Also, please note that the following conditions can affect streaming quality, even if you have a strong connection:
- The distance between a streaming device and a Wi-Fi router
- The number of devices connected to your network
- Outage or network issue with your internet provider
Test other apps on your device
If you’re running into similar issues while using other apps, it may be due to poor connectivity. If that’s the case, please contact your internet service provider for more information on how to improve your connection.
Restart your Univision NOW app
Fully exit the app (along with any other programs running in the background of your device) and reopen the app to resume streaming.
If you are using a computer browser, close and reopen the browser. You can also try using an incognito/private window or a different browser.
Power off your device
Turn off your device, modem, and router. Once everything is powered off, restart the modem, router, then device and reopen your Univision NOW app.
