What’s Happening?
This usually occurs after commercials and may cause the stream to pause or not return to the live broadcast. It most often affects iOS users, but some viewers on Roku, Android TV, and Smart TVs may also experience it.
Devices Affected:
- iPhone/iPad (iOS): You may see Error 400208 or the stream stuck after an ad
- Roku: Some users report the screen freezing after ads
- Android TV & Smart TVs: The stream may stay paused or black after commercial breaks
What You Can Try:
- Fully close and reopen the app
- Make sure your app is updated to the latest version
- Switch to another device if available
